A range of approved fibreboard cartons is available from stock in both 4G and 4GV specifications.

4G Cartons

The 4G specification cartons are used in conjunction with an inner container. Both the carton and inner container are tested and approved together, and great care must be taken to ensure that the correct inner containers are used as per the licence. A full list of approved inners can be provided upon request, however, if your inner container has not been approved we can provide a testing service for you. Once these tests have been completed a report will be provided allowing youto use the 4G license (additional charges may apply).

It is the packer/shippers responsibility to ensure that the relevant conditions are satisfied.

4GV Cartons

The 4GV specification cartons can be used with a variety of non-tested innerpacks, and the inners are very often packed in vermiculite granules to form a secure combination pack. There are limitations on the size and weight of non-tested inners that can be used in combination with the 4GV license. These limitations vary depending on the carton you wish to use and the product being packed, so please contact us for additional information.
