What types of containers do you supply?

We stock a wide range of industrial containers including plastic buckets, jerry cans, drums, pails, PET bottles, and UN-approved containers—suitable for food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and more.

Can I order in small quantities?

Yes, we offer both bulk and smaller quantity options. You can buy directly through our online shop or contact us for a tailored quote on larger orders.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Absolutely. We deliver across the UK using our own fleet as well as trusted logistics partners like Palletways and DPD.

Are your containers food-safe or UN-approved?

Many of our products are food-grade certified and/or UN-approved for hazardous materials. Product details specify the relevant certifications.

Can I request a quote for a custom order?

Yes, just send us your list of required items and quantities, and our team will provide a personalised quote promptly.

How do I place a wholesale order?

Wholesale orders can be placed by contacting our office directly. Orders are dispatched daily from our Gloucestershire headquarters. Lead times may vary depending on your location and stock availability—our team will confirm this when you get in touch.

What’s the cut-off time for next day delivery on online orders?

To qualify for next day delivery, online orders must be placed before 1PM. These are sent via DPD and include a one-hour delivery window on the day of arrival.

How do I track my DPD delivery?

After placing your order, we recommend downloading the DPD app for full control over your delivery. You’ll receive confirmation from DPD via SMS or email by 11AM on the day of delivery.

Can I leave delivery instructions?

Yes. You must give DPD any special instructions directly, such as “leave in a safe place” or “deliver to a neighbour.” This can be done easily via the DPD app, linked in our ‘Track your order’ section.

What is your returns and cancellation policy?

You can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. After notifying us, you’ll have another 14 days to return the items in their original, unused condition.

Please contact us first before sending anything back. Once we’ve received and inspected the items, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost (minus any shipping charges). Refunds typically take 5–10 days to appear in your bank account.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged. If needed, we can arrange a DPD collection or shop return for £20.
