At Patrico, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable delivery services to meet the needs of both wholesale and online customers.
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders are dispatched daily from our headquarters in Gloucestershire. To place a wholesale order, please contact our office directly - our friendly team will be happy to help.
Lead times vary depending on product availability and delivery location, and we’ll always provide you with the most accurate estimate at the time of ordering. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible to secure timely dispatch, especially during peak periods.

Online Orders – Next Day Delivery
We offer a next working day delivery service for online orders placed before 1PM. Orders received before this cut-off time are dispatched the same day via DPD, our trusted courier partner. You'll receive a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, helping you plan your
day with confidence.
To get the most out of your delivery experience, we recommend downloading the DPD app once your order has been placed. The app allows you to:
- Track your parcel in real time
- Receive notifications and updates
- Reschedule deliveries
- Add delivery instructions (e.g. safe place, neighbour, preferred date)

By 11AM on the day of delivery, DPD will contact you using the mobile number or email address provided with your order. Please ensure this information is correct at checkout to avoid delays or missed communications.
Important: Any specific delivery instructions or requests must be provided directly to DPD through their app or website. This includes directions to your property, changes to delivery preferences, or a request to reschedule. Patrico is unable to make these changes on your behalf once the parcel is in transit.
