Returns & Cancellations

If for any reason you wish to return or cancel your order, we’re here to help and make the process as straightforward as possible.
Cancelling or Returning an Order
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you’ve notified us of your intention to return, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the items back.
Please note:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in suitable packaging.
- We advise you to retain proof of postage or tracking when returning goods.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the cost of the returned items, excluding any original shipping charges. Refunds are processed promptly, but please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Your statutory rights are not affected. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect:
- The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
- If you'd prefer, we can organise a DPD collection from your address or provide a return label for use at a local DPD drop-off shop.
- This service is available for a flat fee of £20, which will be deducted from your refund total.
