The 4GV UN Certified Packing Box X55/S is a strong, reliable, and fully compliant carton designed for the safe transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous goods. Constructed from heavy-duty corrugated fibreboard, it provides exceptional strength, durability, and protection for heavy or bulky shipments transported by road, air, or sea.

Independently tested to meet UN 4GV X55/S certification, this box complies with ADR, IATA, and IMDG regulations. It supports a maximum gross weight of 55kg and net weight of 43.2kg, making it ideal for industrial, chemical, or laboratory applications requiring robust containment. Recommended use includes a POLYBAG08 liner (36” x 48”, 200g) and V3 Medium-grade vermiculite for cushioning and absorbency.

Handling Notes: Keep packaging dry and store at approximately 20°C. Inspect all components before use. Seal using 75mm fibreglass-reinforced tape and apply two additional 12.5mm polypropylene straps for extra strength, as specified by UN closure method 3.3.
