Manufactured from annually renewable maize starch and elastomer, it is 100% biodegradable and compostable, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional polystyrene packing peanuts.

Produced through an efficient single-step extrusion process, Eco Flo® delivers excellent cushioning performance while being lightweight, static-free, and dust-free. It’s completely soluble when saturated with water, breaking down naturally without harming the environment.

With a low expanded bulk density of 5–12 kg/m³ and a unique cylindrical foam shape, Eco Flo® provides optimal shock absorption and void fill efficiency — ensuring products stay secure and protected throughout transit.
