The 4GV UN Certified Packing Box X23/S is a strong, compliant, and durable packaging solution for the safe transport of hazardous and non-hazardous goods. Manufactured from heavy-duty corrugated fibreboard, it provides exceptional strength, impact resistance, and full compliance with ADR, IATA, and IMDG transport regulations for international shipping by road, air, or sea.

4GV UN Certified Packing Box X23/S – Heavy-Duty Fibreboard Carton for Hazardous Goods

This X23/S-rated box has been independently tested and certified for UN 4GV approval, making it ideal for larger or heavier consignments. It supports a maximum gross weight of 23kg and net weight of 16kg. Recommended use includes a POLYBAG08 liner (36” x 48”, 200g) and V3 Medium-grade vermiculite for secure cushioning and absorption during transit.

Handling Notes: Keep packaging dry and store at around 20°C. Inspect all components before use. Seal using 75mm fibreglass-reinforced tape, extending at least 100mm down the sides for a secure closure. Overlap the tape on the top and bottom for best results.
