Information concerning a job application made by you will be shared with relevant recruiting managers, directors in Patrico Ltd who will have input into the screening, interviewing, and wider recruitment process.
8. How Long Will You Keep My Personal Data?
We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. For repeat customers we need to retain your personal data in order to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. Your personal data will be kept for 6 years from the date of your last order or from the date your employment ended with us.
For recruitment purposes, we retain personal data of shortlisted candidates. This helps us address our future talent needs. You may be contacted regarding alternative opportunities but can opt out of this arrangement at any time.
