Returns

If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days and you then have 14 days to return the items.

This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods.

Please contact us first then return your items in their original, unused condition. Once we receive and check the items we will issue a refund for the cost of the items minus any shipping charges. It can take 5-10 days from a refund being issued for the money to show in your bank account.

Please note the buyer is responsible for the cost of any returns unless the item in question has been damaged or is faulty. We can arrange a collection or set up a return via a DPD shop on your behalf for a charge of £20.
