Delivery Information

Wholesale orders are dispatched on a daily basis from our Gloucestershire based headquarters, please contact our office to place an order and dependent on location and stock levels we can provide you with an accurate lead time.

Online orders must be placed before 1PM to qualify for next day delivery, these will be dispatched via DPD and include a 1 hour delivery slot.

Please download the DPD app after placing your order to take full control of the delivery process.

DPD will contact you via the mobile number or email address you have provided on your order by 11AM on the day of your delivery to confirm this. Please note you must provide DPD directly with any information relevant to your delivery. This includes directions or changes to the process such as ‘leave in a safe place’, ‘deliver to a neighbour’ or to specify a date different to the one they have allocated. All of this can be done via the app, a link to which can be found in the ‘Track your order’ section of our website.
